Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and all labels intact, undamaged, and not removed.
• We include a complimentary 3ml sample with every order so you can try the scent before opening the main product.
• Customers are entitled to an exchange if the product is damaged or defective (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, or faulty spray mechanism).

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Once the returned product reaches our store, we will complete the process after verifying the product’s condition.

If the product was purchased under a Free Shipping Offer, the customer will bear the shipping cost in case of a return.
